Sometimes what you’re carrying isn’t something you can talk your way through. It’s stored in the body, in the nervous system, in the energy that moves (or doesn’t move) through you. That’s where energy healing comes in.
As a Holy Fire III Reiki Master Facilitator and practitioner of traditional Mexican healing (curanderismo), I bring together ancestral wisdom, energy psychology, and modern understanding of the body to support your healing in ways that go beyond talk therapy.
I also carry the gifts of clairsentience and claircognizance, and I bring those gifts into this work ethically and intentionally, to help you access insight, release, and clarity that your mind alone may not be able to reach.
You don’t have to be spiritual to benefit from this work. You just have to be open.

Despertando Corazones Reading Circulo is a virtual community gathering rooted in ancestral and Mexica teachings, where we come together to read, reflect, and support one another’s healing journey. This isn’t a book club and we are not here to critique the pages. It’s a space where the wisdom in the book meets the wisdom already inside you.
This offering is open to BIPOC community members only. Space is intentionally limited to 6 to 8 participants per circle to keep the keep the healing intimate and held.
Each circle runs approximately 8 sessions. Circles take place in the spring and fall/winter seasons. Current read is Women Who Glows in the Dark” Elena Avila, RN, MSN, Curandera.
